A company's success is built on its people. This also applies to our Financial Group. It is primarily thanks to our people that we are able to fulfil our resolutions and commitments to our clients and to the financial market as a whole.
Today, our team includes around 450 people at our headquarters (220 more at Partners Bank) and around 2,300 financial advisors.

Petr Borkovec

Managing partner responsible for banking

He began his career in finance in 2000. In 2007, he co-founded the financial advisory firm “Partners for Life Planning” with Radim Lukeš. Thanks to his ability to turn visions into reality and his courage to challenge the status quo, the company has grown into a major financial group. Petr has been at the helm of the financial group since 2012 and initiated the founding of all companies within the Group, including Partners Bank. Today, he is the CEO of Partners Bank and also actively participates in the management of the Group’s other subsidiaries.

Jan Brejl

Partner for sales and distribution

He gained his knowledge at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, Masaryk University in Brno. In 2010, he started his career in banking. He is currently the Chief Commercial Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Partners Financial Group with responsibility for its domestic and international business activities. He is also responsible for the Partners franchise project management.

Simona Machulová

Partner for legal and compliance

She has been working as a lawyer in the field of finance since 2003, when she started work for an insurance company. She stayed in the insurance industry until 2017, when she joined Partners Group and started broadening her horizons by other segments of the financial market and expanded her competences by the area of compliance. Although insurance remains dearest to her heart, she is also fascinated by other segments of the financial market, their interconnections and patterns.

Lada Kičmerová

Partner for marketing and client service

She graduated from the College of Economics and completed a course in journalism at the Faculty of Social Science, Charles University. She also studied in France and the USA and holds an EBA degree from the University of Lyon. She joined Partners in 2009 as Director of PR and Marketing and subsequently took the position of Director of Client Services.

She also holds an important position in the management of Partners Bank, a.s. Her goal is a state where all Partners clients have information helping them gain financial confidence, independence and control over their money.

Hana Wallenfelsová

Partner for digital experience

She has been working in the digital world for more than 15 years. She started in technical and analytical roles, gradually moving through product management and UX design to team leadership and digital product development. In recent years, she has focused primarily on digital channels and product teams in the banking environment.

She focuses on simple, functional solutions based on real user feedback. She believes in open communication, responsibility, and connecting business, technology, and design into meaningful products.

Lukáš Civín

Group Chief Data Officer

He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague, specializing in computer science and database systems. After his studies, he built analytical and BI/DW projects and subsequently managed fraud and risk prevention teams in the financial sector. He gained experience not only in Czechia, but also in the USA, Singapore, and the Middle East. At Partners, he wants to transform data into an intelligent and exceptional client experience.

Štěpánka Svátková

Partner for HR

Working with people is not only her profession, but also her life’s mission. She has been part of the field of human resources management for almost 20 years, of which 12 are in Partners, where she started working in 2013. Here she is in charge of more than 200 employees and setting up HR processes. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, majoring in accounting and business management.

Martin Švec

Partner for pensions and insurance

He studied financial mathematics and actuarial theory at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague. He started his career as an actuary in 2008.

Since 2019, he has been CEO and Management Board Chairman of Simplea, the life insurance company he built by himself. In addition, he holds the position of CEO and Board Chairman at the Rentea penzijní společnost, a.s., pension company.

Petr Bartoš

Partner for IT and operations

He graduated in mathematical informatics at the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University. He has been in finance for about two decades and was one of the founding members of Partners.

As COO since 2010, his primary focus has been smoothly running processes across the company, innovations of technical process solutions and functional interconnections of the processes with added value to the business.

Roman Pospíšil

Partner for investment

He has been involved in investment management for the whole of his professional life. He was Deputy CEO and Board Vice Chairman of the Amundi investment company. In the past, he worked with Komerční banka and the Pioneer investment company. He graduated from the Pedagogical Faculty, University of South Bohemia, majoring in mathematics and physics, holds an MBA and a completion certificate of the Graduate School of Banking. In 2024, he joined the Partners Group Board as Chief Investment Strategist.

Tomáš Chadzivasilis

Expansion director

He has over 20 years of experience in international trade. At Partners, he has been responsible for foreign expansion since 2023. In Romania, where the Group already operates its own distribution network, he introduced the delivery service Rohlik.cz, known locally as Sezamo.ro, between 2021 and 2023. Previously, he worked in eGrocery/eCommerce and telecommunications, holding the position of CEO at Planet A, a company belonging to the T-Mobile group. He is a fan of AI and teamwork. He studied at the Business Academy in Brno.
