About the Company

Transilvania Broker de Asigurare S.A. is one of the largest insurance brokers in Romania and the first broker of its kind listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. It has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance sector and operates throughout Romania. Its services are used by over 1 million individuals and more than 100,000 companies of all sizes.

In 2024, the Czech financial group Partners Financial Services became the majority shareholder of the company, acquiring a 32.89% stake, thereby making a significant entry into the Romanian market and confirming its ambitions for international expansion.

First broker on the stock exchange

Gabriel Login

Co-founder and CEO of Transilvania Broker

Gabriel Login is the co-founder and CEO of Transilvania Broker de Asigurare, which he founded together with Dan Nicula in September 2006 in Bistrița. Just two months later, the company obtained a license from the Romanian regulator ASF. From the outset, Login has distinguished himself as a technological visionary. Back in 2008, he invested in his own IT platform, which enabled the electronic issuance of insurance contracts. Under his leadership, the company grew to more than 1,000 advisors by 2014 and covered the whole of Romania. In 2021, after acquiring a majority stake, he took over as CEO and led the company to further growth, which even the pandemic could not stop. The company increased its revenue, profit, and number of partners. Today, Gabriel Login is one of the most prominent leaders in the Romanian insurance market.

Dan Niculae

Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Transilvania Broker

Dan Niculae is the co-founder of the company and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2017. Before founding the company, he held senior management positions at Senic Com and OTP Bank Romania, where he gained experience in the financial sector. He places great emphasis on social responsibility—for example, in 2018, Transilvania Broker made a €5,000 sponsorship donation to talented students awarded at the NASA Space Settlement Design competition. In 2024, he partially reduced his stake in the company from 20.7% to 15.7%.
